| It was my first time flying on KLM. I flew economy class and was very happy. TV's in back of headrest and good IFE. The food was good, for airline food and FAs were very nice and helpful. Also, water and jucie was served every 5-10 mins. Seats were fine and legroom was good. Overall a great flight. | |

| Nice flight. plane was full, on time. Crew was ok, nothing to complain. Arrived on time. Flew the leg twice, second time was on one of their brand new 737-900. Plane had that "new" smell, was indeed very clean. again good service. exactly what you except. Very good fares to Scandinavia (codeshare with SAS). | |

| The A330-200 has PTVs in every seat and the AVOD system is great. Seats were good and meals were good as well. A nice touch was the warm towels which were handed out before each meal. Staff was very nice and helpful. Even though we departed from Amsterdam an hour and a half late, we arrived in New York only 15mins late. | |
