Overall Meal Review
Bottled water awaits first-class passengers as they find their seats. I chose white wine (served in a plastic cup) as my pre-takeoff drink and red wine (served in a glass) once airborne. A tray of three bite-sized appetizers was offered: caprese salad, prosciutto with cantaloupe, and an eclair. Appetizers presented in three small, inverted-trapezoid-shaped plastic bowls. The bowls fit into cutouts in a windowed cardboard box. Clear plastic cutlery with unique, rounded, frosted handles were wrapped in a red, quasi-fabric, paper napkin. Not bad for a one-hour flight in an affordable first-class cabin.
